Notary Fees

PLEASE NOTE: We are a Mobile Notary Service ONLY in the Columbia and surrounding areas of South Carolina & provide Global Apostille Services.

​NOTARY SERVICES: Per South Carolina state guidelines, we charge $5 per notary act.

​TRAVEL COSTS & FEES:  Prestige provides convenient mobile notary services and can meet you wherever you are—at your home, office, coffee shop, hospital, nursing facility, or even the airport.

Our travel fees are based on mileage, and additional after-hours charges may apply. Please note that travel fees are separate from notarial fees and are not regulated or mandated by law.

​TRAVEL & MILEAGE FEES: Mileage is calculated based on a round-trip distance. The rates below apply to general notary services provided Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, and all day Saturday & Sunday.

For services outside these hours, please call or email for an after-hours quote, or refer to the Additional Services Fee section below.

00–10 Miles (Base Fee): $75.00 Travel Fee*
11–20 Miles: $125.00 Travel Fee*
21+ Miles: Please contact me for an estimate.

* Notarial fees (seal) are separate from travel fees.
